SHIPPING POLICY

1. We offer delivery services to Malaysia, and worldwide
2. We will advise you via email, on the relevant delivery charges and the most suitable courier service based on your delivery address as well as the size and weight of your order. 
3. We encourage and advise you to check and confirm your address before placing any order as delivery address is final and we will not entertain any changes made thereto.
4. You may track your order from the tracking number/tracking link which will be made available to you by the courier service, which allows you to track your parcel’s journey.
5. The shipping period for cities in Malaysia is estimated to be within four (4) to five (5) business days. We do not provide same day delivery, if you need the item to be send to you at the same day, please note that you can opt for self-pickup and arrange the delivery at your own cost. 
6. The shipping period for oversea is estimated to take between seven (7) to ten (10) business days depending on the courier company.
7. Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
8. We only arrange for delivery every Monday, Wednesday & Friday
9. Note: Due to COVID-19 concerns, you may experience temporary delays in the shipping process and longer delivery times. You may also experience some delays in product shipping and delivery during peak seasons too (Aidilfitri, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, Christmas, etc.).
10. We strive to have every order arrive within the estimated time frame however sometimes delays may happen due to weather, technical problems or an increase in shipping volume.
